Oh the Joy of Baking

Today has been pretty low key. I slept in (til 10), watched Sidney White (entertaining but certainly not a box office hit), played with my dogs and baked cookies! I was hoping to bake something a little more creative than chocolate chip cookies but I was too lazy to go to the store and my car is on empty - so what can I say?





My mom bought me a pretty red dress the other day from Anthropologie and I have been wearing it around the house just for fun. It is nice and cool and comfy. I am waiting for my mom to get off of work so I can meet her at her friends house to look at clothes they are selling for CAbi. They are adorable! Maybe today I can try some of them on.

I also spent today researching places to travel to for Spring Break next year. It will be us and my mom's side of the family (hopefully they can all make it). The timing will be perfect because it will have just been my parents 25th wedding anniversary. Mike gets to come which sounds so amazing to me! So far it is looking like we will be going on a cruise or to Hawaii. It is very difficult planning a vacation for 15 people so wish me luck.
